Roller axle

A support roller shaft is a core load-bearing and transmission component in the support system of rotating equipment. Usually used in conjunction with support rollers, it mainly supports the weight of large rotating cylinders (such as rotary kilns, ball mills, dryers, etc.) and reduces friction between the cylinder and the support structure through its own rotation. Connecting the support roller and the frame, it bears radial loads, axial thrust, and torque during equipment operation, serving as a key shaft part to ensure stable operation of the rotating cylinder.
